DEN at Emerald Village Eugene
DEN is a wheelchair accessible tiny home designed for independent living within a 185 sq. ft. space, accommodating people of all abilities. Part of the 22-home Emerald Village Eugene (EVE) micro-housing community, it offers a unique model to help residents transition out of homelessness and build financial equity through a co-op structure.

DEN is a wheelchair accessible & pet friendly tiny home, enabling residents to transition out of homelessness & build financial equity.
DEN provides safe and uncompromised independent living for persons of all abilities. The ergonomic compact design is wheelchair accessible, intended to support a single disabled occupant while minimizing the cost of rent/utilities.
DEN is one of 22 tiny homes developed for the Emerald Village Eugene (EVE) affordable micro-housing community, a unique housing model structured to enable residents to transition out of homelessness and build financial equity.
Teams of architects and contractors provided pro-bono design and construction services for each of the 22 units, and each team was responsible for procuring the products and materials for their unit(s).
